We assist you in choosing tile and flooring selections from our trusted vendors and distributors. We will take care of ordering and delivery, making sure materials are ready to go for your project.
It is important to us that installation has a minimal effect on your family life. We work with you to schedule the installation, finish in a timely manner, and treat your home with love and respect.

Loch Tile and Flooring was recommended to us by a contractor that replaced our roof and gutters. Michael arrived to asses our project and give us the information we needed to make a decision. We were very impressed with his level of professionalism and thoroughness with the minor details that we would have overlooked or not even thought of if we had taken on this project ourselves. He was very accommodating with our schedule, especially given we were asking for installation near Thanksgiving which is hectic time for everyone. The design process starts with a meeting at the location of your project to get measurements, start design, and discuss expected results. At the conclusion of the meeting, you will have specifications in hand for your project to visit one of our partner showrooms where you will select materials. We are happy to join you at the showroom if you would like help. After materials are selected we will send you a formal quote.
Once you approve the quote and submit the down payment, we will order materials and schedule a time frame for the installation based on both of our schedules and material availability.
We will prepare walls and floors for the installation and review patterns, materials, and other important aspects of the project with you before beginning. Next we install materials, either finish or return to finish when materials are set, and perform final clean up. Final payment is due on day of completion.
Now that things are finished we hope you enjoy the new enhancements to your home. We warranty our workmanship on the installation of materials for 12 months. We will also provide information about care of the installed materials and will be available for questions if needed.
